As a firm believer that dates and space is not enough to make a decision, our site selection process is very detailed, comprehensive and analytical.  Detailed reports are generated in a timely fashion highlighting the hotels' offer which includes your financial exposure (rates/minimums/etc), meeting room sizes/flow, and overall property reviews.


To further help you analyze the best property, financial cost analysis and meeting space analysis report are generated.  At your direction, Worldwide Meeting Partners will contact your short-listed hotels to schedule your site visit.


Upon your selection of a hotel, a contract is requested.  This contract is reviewed and edited to balance out the terms and conditions.


After signature, Worldwide Meeting Partners will send you critical date reminders such as deposit due dates, room list cut off dates and key attrition release dates.


Our involvement in your meeting is carried through to the end by providing a final recap of the actual number of rooms that you utilized.


The end result - you save time and money.  This service is provided to you FREE OF CHARGE as we are compensated in the form of commission which is paid by the contracted hotel.
